The YPO Technology Network AI Brief is a daily podcast on artificial intelligence for executives, hosted by Stephen Forte, founder and CEO of BuildClub, in partnership with the YPO Technology Network.

This site is the show's companion: every episode archived, with show notes, source links, and the occasional longer piece — playbooks and reference material for executives building AI into their organizations.

The show

Weekday episodes run 7 to 10 minutes. A sharp briefing on the AI stories that actually matter for executives — what happened, why it matters, what to do about it. Drops at 6 AM ET, Monday through Friday.

Weekend Special Edition runs 14 to 17 minutes. A single-topic deep dive — frameworks, tactics, and the practical hacks executives can put to work on Monday morning.

Playbooks

Occasionally, a topic deserves more than 17 minutes of audio. Playbooks are the longer, written-form companion pieces — frameworks, sample prompts, deeper case writeups, and reference material drawn from real executive decisions. They are published when the material warrants it, not on a schedule.

Who hosts this

Stephen Forte is the founder and CEO of BuildClub, a software and AI firm working with mid-market enterprises, private equity portfolios, healthcare, and other operationally complex industries. He is a YPO member and former chairman of the YPO Technology Network. He has spent thirty years building and operating software companies — through the dot-com boom, the cloud transition, the mobile shift, and now AI.

The show and this site reflect his perspective: practical, opinionated, and grounded in the operating reality of running a business while AI changes the ground underneath it.
